All case studies sold on Innovakot are digital products (PDFs). Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your business purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on Innovakot, including case studies, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell purchased content without written permission.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or manual bank transfer. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Contact support within 48 hours for exceptional circumstances.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or purchased downloads with others.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use Innovakot for illegal purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to distribute malware, or to harass other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Innovakot provides case studies as informational resources. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our content. Agricultural results may vary by region and conditions.
